Why I look like this?

When the sperm joins with the ovule to make a knew cell that cell contains like all the info we need to look like this and be a unique human being, all that info that tell your body how you look are genes that are composed by DNA which is in the chromosomes inside the nucleus.

When the male sex cell and the female sex cell join it made a new combination of DNA for the baby then chromosomes decide your characteristics, sometimes for example the gens of your mom are dominant and the ones of your father is recessive or maybe they join and be co-dominant that means that the gens mix and make a different one. In some cases gens inherit us serious deceases like Cancer.

When our parents sex cells joins they bring like a sex chromosome that decide if you are girl or boy if you are girl it would be XX if you are boy you are XY.

My mother`s gens were dominant because I have many characteristics of her for example: ears, temperament, face shape, mouth.

And my father’s gens were recessive because I just have like three characteristics of him: the hair color, hands and feet.
