In the regeneration, the piece of a parent is detached, it can grow and develop into a new individual completely.

1.If the asexual reproduction is negative in humans they would never die and always there would be an exact clone of each person, not only one there would be alot of clones and it wouldn't be the same life cycle for humans or worse humans will doesn't have a life cycle, as asexual reproduction is common in plants the sexual reproduction is common in humans.
2.Like i said in the last answer the humans wouldn´t die because they will make more and more clones of them and the life cycle of humans will change or maybe it we would´t have a life cycle.
